There’s no other explanation for my lifelong fascination with shiny brass, swooping copper pipework, and the thundering great machinery that powered the world into the Industrial Revolution.
INSPIRED BY SCOTLAND’S CONTRIDUTIONS
to the Industrial Revolution, as well as our breathtaking, rugged, and ancient landscape, we crafted a traditional juniper-based gin. We infused the spirit with Ayrshire nettle and heather root, connecting it to the landscape, while the smoked pink pepper and red chilli added a fiery touch to your soul.
Each batch of gin has its own unique characteristics, thanks to the meticulous handcrafting process. We celebrate these subtleties by numbering each bottle from each batch.
