Our handcrafted small-batch Scottish gin is made from a combination of traditional botanicals and nettle, heather, smoked pink peppercorns, and smoked chillies.
The botanicals are blended and slowly infused, before distillation in a traditional copper pot still.
Made in small batches of up to 50 bottles, each bottle is filled, labeled, wax-sealed,and individually numbered by hand.
The taste journey through this smooth tasting gin begins with organic juniper. Ayrshire nettle and heather root the spirit to the landscape, while smoked pink pepper & red chilli stokes the fire of your soul.
Perfect serve? Following in the great tradition of inventors and explorers you are encouraged to experiment with mixers and garnish to create your own favourite drink. Our favourite so far is sliced strawberry and a premium tonic water (add a sprinkle of ground black pepper for an extra kick). Ginger ale or ginger beer also pairs very well with the gin – especially if you are not a fan of tonic water.
